2nd interview for a MNC company tomorrow!

haish dilemma.. all the pros and cons... it's like 50-50

it's a sales co-ordinator job which is totally new to me

of cos i'm willing to try new things as long as i can earn more x3

 

Pros

 

- monthly incentives (if department manage to hit sales target)

 

- the software that they are using is high sought after

and they are willing to train me (no exp at all)

 

- sales department means office will be empty most of the time :p

 

- mon to fri, 9 to 6pm job (current job is 8.30 to 6.15pm =_=)

 

Cons

 

- hope they willing to meet my expected salary (don't know yet)

i only believe in my basic salary so i ask for 15% pay raise =X

incentives also bo bao have.. they say they will take that into consideration

 

- the location is a SUPER TURN OFF!! Beach Road

(nearest MRT will be Nicoll Highway MRT; Lavender MRT is 10 mins walk)

coming from Bukit Panjang is like freaking far cannnnnnn!

they will be shifting to Paya Lebar MRT early next year.. not much use!

ren for 1 and a half years more till we shift to Sengkang?

 

- entirely new + heavy duty job!

 

- go thru recruitment agency! means have to stay at least 2 months

 

i don't know what to dooooooooooooo
