i strongly believe in this quote!

anyway i went for a few interviews

i feel like after getting married i have to send out more resumes

last time i just have to send less than 10 resumes and maybe

2 interviews and i will get the job already.. have been sending out

so many resumes i lost count =___=

90% ask me about my family planning

and after that no calls already zzz 

the government talking about low birth rate 

and the ever rising living and transport cost

who wants (dares) to give birth you tell me?

my friend intro me a HR officer job and they accepted me!

even thou pay is slightlyyyyyyy higher than my current pay

which i'm quite surprised cos i have no exp at all

and they are the only company that didn't ask me about

family planning even thou i mention that i recently got married

4 HR staff with a headcount of 300+ staff and 1 manager

Cons

- benefits not a good as current job

like medicial, dental and birthday voucher

- bonus and increment no comments yet!

base on performance for current job is standard

whether you perform or not

which i'm quite ok

Pros

- slightly higher pay and 1.5x OT 

confirm OT cos i'm new

- willing to train and upgrade me  

better career prospect i think

- location is nearer to current & future house

located at industrial area = eating is cheap

- 5 days work week 8.30am - 6pm

end work 15mins earlier than current lol 

- environment is good 

my friend is working inside the HR

so tested and proven! no politics!!

judging from the pros & cons 

80% chance i would accept 

still in the midst of discussing with bb and jie!

super thankful to my 1st boss!

who took me in and get me started in admin

i wouldn't be where i am now without him

and thankful to my 2nd boss

who gave me almost 25% pay jump

when others offered me 10% only

and my 3rd (future) boss

please treat me nicely and i will serve you well :)

at work you just have to find nice colleagues

and a good boss to recognise your effort

but a good boss is really hard to come by

i just want a simple life

work life balance, doting husband and lovable kids

instead of climbing up the corporate ladder
