1 month into my current HR job..

i always had this idea that HR job very easy one lol

now im eating back my own words!!!

thankful to my manager who took a huge gamble to hire me

i will prove to you that your choice is right haha :)

so far i managed  

Event Planning

- sept b'day celebration co-host with my manager

- badminton session with colleagues 

Course

- in house excel training (just finish)

- cake making class (next week)

- fair employment seminar (oct)

more to come cos they are so pro training to our benefits!

learning new things everyday.. things like

- how to brief letter of appointment 

- how to screen through resume fast

- apply / cancel work permit

- clear staff leave / mc 

- opening of POSB bank acc for foreigners 

- report staff pregnancy to MOM

- liaise with agency for PRC 

- order / issue of uniforms

- do exit interview 

- so much data entry / filing!!

and lots more.. everyday handle different people!!

i'm on my own for LOA and exit interview after 

sitting in with my manager for just 3 times!!!

for today alone i did

2 scheduling of interview

2 exit interview

2 briefing of LOA

alot of MOM issues

then after work.. sometimes still need to meet carousell customers

then reach home need at least 1-2hrs do my carousell and taobao

tired but fulfilling life..
